Czapla is a renowned International musician. He has instructed music since 1988 where he taught at the Lenny Breau School Of Music. Czapla produced two nominated albums entitled For Ella, & Dolce, and has toured in support of both of these albums. These albums currently receive air play in 16 countries worldwide.

Czapla has also authored his own curriculum entitled "Opus One, A Comprehensive Music Curriculum". and utilizes this bass curriculum to edify music students.
